Shipping & Delivery

Slice® ships exclusively with FedEx to make sure your order gets to you on time. We offer a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs, including:
  • FedEx Ground: delivers within 5 to 8 business days after shipping
  • FedEx 2Day®: delivers within 2 business days after shipping
  • FedEx Standard Overnight: delivers within 1 business day after shipping

Please note: orders placed after 11 am Pacific Time or over the weekend will not be processed until the next business day.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before you complete your order. You can also see shipping costs on the Order Acknowledgment email and on online. If you order multiple items, you may receive separate shipments. You will receive a Shipment Notification email for each shipment with tracking information, if available. Shipping fees for the entire order will be charged when your first item is shipped.

Shipping costs do not include any customs/duties fees.

Signature on Delivery

Once your order has prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. Most of our shipments contain valuable items, so our carriers are required to obtain a signature upon delivery. Please note that the carrier makes three delivery attempts before returning your package to Slice, Inc. Anyone over the age of eighteen at the designated shipping address can sign for the package. You can also sign to release your shipment to your address, an immediate neighbor, or a building manager.

U.S.A. and Canada: No shipments can be made to P.O. Boxes or to addresses outside the United States or Canada. All mail within U.S. territories will arrive via USPS.

Challenges With Your Shipment

If you paid for expedited shipping and did not receive your package on time, or if you received the wrong product or if it was damaged during shipping. please email service@sliceproducts.com. Our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with your order.
